I don’t know about you, but I’m an avid fan of YouTube. There are just thousands of people uploading everyday that I never run out of videos to watch. There are times when I randomly watch a clip that’s nonsensical but witty and funny, and on lucky days I get to watch those with potential. There are lots of talented people out there waiting for that moment to be recognized, and what better way to showcase yourself than through the net? It’s probably the cheapest and most effective medium for me (that is, if you have a fast internet connection).
Speaking of — Don’t you just hate it when a 5 minute video takes at least 20 minutes to download? And what’s worse is when you’re at the last few seconds from finishing the video and you are instantly cut off from the net leaving you with absolutely nothing. Ticks me off every single time. And how could I forget spending more than an hour dialing and re-dialing just to get that annoying high-pitched sound of signal that somehow gives you that feeling that FINALLY you’ve beaten someone else to a connection. It’s amazing how I survived those years of dial up.
But months ago, I discovered bayanDSL and since then, I’ve never been more satisfied. For only 899, I get to have unlimited access to the net that’s a hundred times faster than dial up — 768 kbps to be exact. It’s amazing that I only get to spend that much for such speed. It reaches up to 1280 kbps from 10 at night (my favorite time to start surfing) til 10 in the morning. It’s the ideal DSL for everyone. I’ve thought of switching to a cable broadband connection but then again, why switch and spend more when I can get all that for just P899?
And now more than ever, YouTube has been a daily habit.
Bloggers, what’s your internet connection?
